Excellent book! Being a software engineer for a company which develops both hardware and software tools for tracking and managing labor resources, I am always looking for new ways to associate the true cost of labor to development and production activities. I have been interested in ABC/ABM for several years now, but Gary`s book really brought it home for me. This book is easy to read and understand. It flows well and has some great graphics and flow charts that help paint a very vivid picture of ABC processes.
It is a must read for anyone interested in understanding the concepts and challenges of designing and implementing an ABC System. I would highly recommend it.
